No one except the players, manager, and coaches listed on the Eligibility Affidavit shall occupy the dugout and/or field before and during a game. 

Players, manager, and coaches may not leave the dugout without umpires OK.

Exception:  If a pitcher reaches the limit imposed above for his/her league age while facing a batter, the pitcher may continue to pitch until:      1) that batter reaches base      2) that batter is put out      3) the third out is made to complete the half-inning.

Pitchers once removed from the mound may not return as pitchers.

A pitcher who delivers 41 or more pitches in a game cannot play the position of catcher for the remainder of that day.

Any player, who has played the position of catcher in four (4) or more innings in a game, is not eligible to pitch on that calendar day.

Junior and Senior Only: 

Pitchers remaining in the game, but moving to a different position, can return as a pitcher, but only once per game.

TRIPS TO PITCHER

A manager or coach may come out twice in one inning to talk to the pitcher but the third time out, the player must be removed as a pitcher.  The manager or coach may come out three times in a game, but the fourth time out, the player must be removed as a pitcher.  The rule applies to each pitcher who enters a game.

OFFENSIVE TIME OUT

Only one offensive time-out will be permitted each inning to talk to player.

MANDATORY PLAY: Seniors and Big League is Not Required

SUBSTITUTION: Seniors and Big League

Any player in the starting line-up, who has been removed for a substitute may re-enter the game ONCE, provided such player occupies the same batting position as he/she did in the starting line-up.

A substitute (non-starter) may not re-enter the game in any position once that player is removed from the line-up.

REGULAR SEASON RULES THAT APPLY TO TOURNAMENT

7.14 (special runner) does apply during tournament.

10 run rule:  Team behind must concede victory after “legal game” in.

3.03 Designated Hitter, Will apply during the tournament.
