Show up 15
minutes before your scheduled time, unless prior arrangements have been made
with District 27.

Have only one
(1) manager or coach from your team check-in with the coordinator when all of
the team is present.

It is ok to
have extra people (extra coaches, president, alternates) in the picture.

4.
Line up in
the following order:

A.
Manager
first.
-
B.
Children next
with the shortest child in front, second shortest next, etc. until the tallest
child at the end of the children.

C.
The two
coaches last behind the children.

5.
Each child
will have an opportunity to take & purchase individual pictures. You must pay
for any individual pictures when you take them. We are giving you order forms
in advance and there will be order forms available on picture day from the
photographer.

6.
There is not
time available for make-up pictures. The pictures taken on Monday will be at
the printer Tuesday for publication in the district All Star books. The books
will be available for sale at the All Star Games.

7.
Please bring
a team roster with all names typed or printed and correct spellings of names.
We cannot be responsible for names misspelled.
