2005 Junior Little League Baseball Western Regional
Transportation: Please find driving directions to the tournament site.
Apparel: It is expected that the manager and both coaches will have similar if not the same color & style of pants and shirts. As stated in LL rules, no manager or coach
will dress in a team uniform.
Lodging: All lodging for this tournament can be arranged by Brenda Hess. Her cell phone number is (503) 320-9309 and her work number is (503) 730-5984. There is no need
to make a bunch of calls looking for lodging (rooms are scarce and you will only become frustrated looking.)
The tournament has arranged for no more than five teams to stay in the Pacific University dorms. The cost is $15.00/night for each player. The requirements are simple. If a team
chooses to stay in the dorm, EVERY ROSTERED PLAYER MUST STAY IN THE DORMS. Only full teams are allowed to stay in the dorms. If any one player leaves the facility, the remaining
players on the team must vacate as well. The manager and both coaches must also stay with the players. This year, we are allowing fathers to stay with the players as well. They
will be required to pay $15/night as well.
To assure that no damage is done to the facility, a $1000 deposit must be made at the time that the team checks in. This $1000 deposit is fully refundable after it is determined
that no damage is done to the dorms. This must be done by with a credit card.

Meals: Cost of all meals is the responsibility of the teams. Meals for players staying at the dorms are available. Check with Brenda about this special opportunity. The
word from last year’s teams is that Pacific University serves very good food.
